SHUT UP MAN
These words were uttered by an exasperated Biden in debate with Thump when our soon-to-be real president said to the Orange-Skinned Man, “Will you shut up man.”
Like 62% of Americans in a recent poll, I feel that way about a ton of people, particularly in guvment. Just imagine if you were the fierce woman pictured and were telling McConnell, McCarthy, Greene, Gaetz, DeSantis, Cruz, Sinema, Manchin and the whole wretched crew at Fox News to just shut the, you know, up. Just shut up people. Go back from whence you came, self-serving politicos. Do it everyone of you without saying a word. Not one!
Ah, let's just elect more no nonsense women and get things done. Yeesh.
The piece is adapted from a b&w bookplate print by Julius John Lankes, a Buffalo artist born in the 1880s. I liked the powerful woman, most likely from a mythology, essentially shutting down the warrior. Look at her face. And killer nails. Talk about empowerment! The guy should quickly move along to his tailor without saying a word.
The signed print is 8x6 on paper in a limited edition of ten. It is also available on mugs, pillows and things at www.teepublic.com/ketchumart. But buy a print here first.
