The runner’s bib for the Styx Road Runner’s Club is made up! The 281 refers to Proverbs 28:1 which says, “The wicked run when no one is chasing them.” The Devil is unseen. So one must jump to conclusions, right? No one except their selves are chasing the 50,000 runners.
