TWO (PERHAPS) WOMEN, THEIR CATS AND THEIR CIGARS is an 8x6 limited edition, signed print on heavy paper. I colorized a b&w cabinet card, removed the background and added blue wallpaper and a couple of cats. I framed and hung Rudyard Kipling’s quote which says “A Woman is a Woman But a Good Cigar is a Smoke.” The women here could be, um, men but who am I to judge. It was not uncommon to find photos of crossdressing men in this era.
