RUNNING ON EMPTY is an 8x6 limited edition signed print. The old question was first asked by Josiah Stamp in the 1930s. Was the container he held half empty or half full? The optimist answers half full. The pessimist says half empty. If asked about our current world mess, I present the answer here with photographic proof. It’s empty.
