INK IT GEORGE
INK IT is a 7x5 digital work in a signed edition of ten on paper. It was adapted from my original work still available on Artspan and called Artoria's Washington Tat. The woman shown is Artoria Gibbons, nee Anna Mae Burlington in 1893. The original central image was made with a b&w photo of Gibbons which was enlarged, cut out, colored with photo dyes, markers, paint pen, and acrylics. I collaged it with a period tattoo flash sheet.
