NURSE BEE DARLING OVERCOME WITH ANGST
"Nurse Bee Darling Overcome with Angst" is an 8 1/2 by 6 1/2 mixed media work on paper. A found b&w photo was colored with markers and paint pen, blown up, manipulated, and merged with a poster for the 1983 Austrian horror film Angst (about a psychopath--not filmed in Washington, though) directed by Gerald Kargl. Nurse Bee loses her professional cool in the face of a national pandemic. Perhaps some of you can relate to her distress.
